Benjamin Haynes is a licensed general contractor in both California and Florida with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as a construction laborer, he worked his way through the ranks as a foreman, estimator, and project manager before ultimately becoming the owner of a successful construction company. Throughout his career, he has founded, owned, and partnered in several successful businesses, including a construction company, a construction consulting firm, trucking and logistics companies, and H&M Impact Window & Door, Inc., a family-owned company he launched alongside two of his sons. His extensive industry knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to excellence have earned him the respect of clients, colleagues, and industry professionals alike.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Benjamin is passionate about promoting the skilled trades. Drawing from his own experience with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), he frequently shares how he transformed this challenge into a competitive advantage. He currently serves as President of the Charitable Workforce Foundation, an organization dedicated to introducing individuals on Florida’s Treasure Coast to rewarding careers in the construction trades. Living by the belief that "to be a business in the community, you must be a part of the community," Benjamin and his company actively volunteer with local organizations to help others overcome life’s challenges. A strong man of faith, he enjoys spending his free time at the beach making memories with his wife, children, and four grandchildren.
