Eli Hazan has built a diverse career spanning the apparel industry and real estate development. After years of success in fashion, he pivoted into construction when Superstorm Sandy devastated the South Shore of Long Island. Motivated to help rebuild the community quickly and efficiently, he adopted a fast, scalable approach to housing development. Traditional stick-built methods were too slow, so he turned to factory-built solutions in Pennsylvania, designing homes off-site and shipping them for rapid installation.
His team became one of the largest builders in the post-Sandy rebuilding effort, delivering over 150 homes in under 2.5 years. As demand shifted, he transitioned into luxury construction, building custom mansions exceeding 10,000 square feet along the South Shore.
He has since expanded into New York City and Fairfield County, Connecticut, and is now growing into South Florida, including Palm Beach. With strong teams of architects, builders, and designers, he manages a portfolio of residential, multifamily, and commercial projects focused on efficiency and execution.
