Eli Hazan has built a diverse career spanning the apparel industry and real estate development. After years of success in fashion, he pivoted into construction when Superstorm Sandy devastated the South Shore of Long Island. Motivated to help rebuild this community quickly and efficiently, he adopted a fast, scalable approach to housing development by turning to a factory-built solution in Pennsylvania- designing homes off-site and shipping them for rapid installation.
His team became one of the largest builders in the post-Sandy rebuilding effort, delivering over 150 homes in under 2.5 years. As demand shifted, he transitioned into luxury home and multi family construction.
He has since expanded into New York City and Fairfield County, Connecticut, and is now growing into South Florida. With strong teams of architects, builders, and designers, he manages a portfolio of residential, multifamily, and commercial projects focused on efficiency and execution.
