Ken Moreau built a thriving masonry business through sheer grit, hard work, and a definitive no-quit mentality. Raised in extreme poverty in Springfield, Massachusetts, Ken spent his childhood moving between shelters, hotels, and foster care. Through those hardships, his single mother instilled a core belief in him: no one is coming to save you, and if you want something, you better fight like hell to make it happen.
Although a childhood arm injury medically disqualified him from military service at age 19, his late uncle, John Kelleher, introduced him to union masonry. Armed with a $500 check and an absolute drive to succeed, Ken eventually left the union to invest in himself and put his vision into action.
Over the years, Ken has pushed through massive physical obstacles, including five heart stents and a harrowing 2024 head-on collision. Despite being airlifted to a trauma hospital with a shattered leg, he never stopped running his operations. Driven by dedication and the refusal to fail, Ken has guided his company to over $1 million in annual sales for four consecutive years, with plans to exceed $2 million annually. A devoted husband to Wendy and a father of three, Ken also finds deep purpose in coaching wrestling, helping others realize what is possible when they truly lock in.
