Lori Tschohl is the founder and owner of Eagle Pipe Heating & Air, a woman-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving Kitsap and surrounding communities in Washington. After years of business ownership, including operating a multi-million-dollar McDonald’s franchise organization and retail businesses, Lori entered the trades and built Eagle Pipe from scratch in 2015. Today, her company is known for honest service, customer education, strong community trust, and creating home comfort solutions with integrity and care.

Beyond running her company, Lori is passionate about mentoring, leadership, and encouraging more students and women to see the skilled trades as a path to opportunity, independence, and impact. As a former President of Women in HVACR, she continues to advocate for more representation, innovation, and forward-thinking leadership in the trades. Lori believes the future of the industry will be shaped by those who honor hands-on craftsmanship while embracing better systems, technology, AI, and new opportunities for the next generation.
