Rocky Aiyash is a Chicago-born entrepreneur, developer, restaurateur, and licensed general contractor whose career spans more than four decades of purposeful achievement. Guided by precision and discipline, qualities honed through his executive studies at London Business School and his background as a commercial pilot, Rocky has earned a stellar reputation for bridging cultures and transforming complex visions into reality.
His professional foundation began in the restaurant industry, where he scaled major domestic and international brands. He managed a 215-unit region for Chuck E. Cheese and later directed Arby’s expansion across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. In 1994, he founded Pazzo’s Cucina Italiana, establishing one of downtown Chicago’s most iconic, long-standing dining and event venues.
Beyond hospitality, Rocky has spearheaded massive construction and real estate portfolios through Charger Construction. Today, his focus centers on community-focused master developments. These include the landmark $20.1 million Bridgeview Mosque Foundation Community Center, the Barrington Islamic Community Center, and ARYA in Homer Glen, a wellness-focused, mixed-use neighborhood. A devoted family man and proud Palestinian-American, Rocky measures true success by the communities he strengthens and the long-term benefit he leaves behind.
